ORDER PROCESSING
Private Edition ships to the Continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii. International orders are not currently available.
In-stock items will be sent once the order is pulled, payment is accepted, and the address is verified. If your order is received by 2:00 pm, we typically are able to ship it out that same day. However, please allow for a 1-2 business day processing time for all orders, in addition to delivery/shipment times. If your product is not available to be shipped, you will be notified by email and refunded for the item. Orders made with personal checks will not be shipped until the check is received and clears processing.
Please note that Private Edition’s e-commerce division operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
SHIPPING
Orders of $75 or more receive free Standard Ground Shipping.
Shipping Methods:
Standard Ground -- Depending on the products ordered and the location to which an order is being shipped, we select the most appropriate means of shipment. Typical delivery times are 3 -5 days.
FedEx 2nd Day -- Unless otherwise unavailable, we use Federal Express 2nd Day shipping.
FedEx Overnight -- Unless otherwise unavailable, we use Federal Express Overnight shipping.
RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may return unopened product with a receipt for a full refund within 60 days from the date of purchase. A refund in the amount of your purchase minus shipping costs will be issued to your credit card.
If you no longer have your receipt, or if the product has been used and is determined to have been defective, or if more than 60 days have elapsed since your purchase, you will be given an online store credit.

It is important that you use a shipping method that guarantees/confirms delivery to ensure that your order is not lost when returning it to us. We are not responsible for items that are not received by us. Shipping costs are not refunded.
